The Village of Kefalos
Kefalos is just 20 minutes from Kos airport, a quiet friendly resort with spectacular views of the hills and turquoise sea. The bars and restaurants of the main resort area follow the sweeping curve of Kamari bay, overlooked by Old Kefalos village with its traditional tavernas, cafe bars and shops.
In the heart of Kamari bay is the tiny island of Kastri with the Church of Agios Nicolaos nestling close to the sea. (pictured left)
